About Sophia
Hi, my name Sophia Keller. I am the sole practitioner here at Lullaby Bodywork llc.
I received my Certificate in Therapeutic Massage from Northwestern Health Sciences University. There, I learned the anatomy and functions of the human body, and how to work with the body to release tension and relieve symptoms of new or old injuries. I am trained in Swedish and clinical massage techniques, subtle energy work, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and traditional fire cupping. I am currently board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and adhere to their code of ethics in my practice.
Part of my training has included deepening my understanding of how to work with people in a way that is trauma informed. Sensitivity in how I work with individuals is one of my strengths.
I believe we make our best decisions when we are calm, centered, and in touch with ourselves. I am passionate about providing treatments that help clients align to this state of being. Clients of all genders, races, sexual orientations, and backgrounds are invited to work with me and discover the effects that bodywork can have on their quality of life.

Philosophy & Services
In the right environment, with the right tools, the body has the ability to release years of accumulated tension. A relaxed nervous system makes this release more accessible. I am dedicated to providing a calm space where clients can reap the most benefits from massage and bodywork.
Massages are tailored to the needs of the individual and include a blend of techniques. I have experience working both deeply and gently, and am always sensitive to clients’ direction.
Fire cupping's origins can be traced back to many different systems of traditional healing worldwide. This modality has been used for thousands of years to treat a variety of ailments, from colds and fevers to muscle pain. Glass cups are heated with a flame, then placed on the skin to create a suction effect, drawing up what the body wants to release. Cupping can be added to a massage or booked separately.
Lymphatic massages gently flush the lymphatic system of stagnant fluid. This treatment is deeply relaxing and useful for those who feel they could use a "reset." It can also be used to treat post-surgical or post-traumatic edema.
